  • All massage services are STRICLY THERAPAUTIC and are NOT SENSUAL in nature.

What services do you offer?

Swedish Massage (Relaxation)

This is a basic relaxation massage. Medium to light pressure is used. Many western (non-oriental) massage styles and modalities are based on or derived from Swedish massage techniques.

Deep Tissue / Sports Massage

Deep Tissue massage uses a variety of massage techniques to relax deep tissue and muscle structures. Deep Tissue massage is especially beneficial for athletes, people recovering from injuries, and the habitually stressed.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massages are specially designed to accommodate the physical needs of expectant mothers. Prenatal massage uses gentle massage strokes to relax muscles. Most pregnancy massages use extra pillows and bolsters to cradle the mother's body for optimal comfort during the massage.

Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic Massage utilizes tools and techniques that help to encourage the elimination of excess fluid buildup in the soft tissues. Lymphatic Massage is best for people who are post-op from plastic surgery or those with medically diagnosed Lymphedema.

Chair Massage

Chair Massage is performed over the cloths while the client is seated in a cushioned massage chair or while they are seated at a desk or table. A chair massage session usually lasts from 5 to 15 minutes. Chair massage is excellent for social events and in the office.

Medical Massage

Medical Massage his for clients that require special care and bodywork techniques that support healing and rehabilitation from injuries and surgeries. It is important to consult with your medical physician to ensure that massage therapy is safe and not contraindicated for your current medical condition.

Regular Service Area

Azure Massage provides services throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Our Regular Area of Service includes cities and townships within 35 driving miles (not radius) of downtown Minneapolis (55401)

Extend Service Area

We can provide services to areas outside of our Regular Service Area; however, some restrictions and additional travel charges will apply. Please call our customer support line, 612-460-7189, to inquire about booking appointments for areas outside of our Regular Service Area.

What forms of payment do you take?

All appointments my be reserved with debit or credit card at the time of booking, whether online or with a customer support representative over the phone. We accept Visa, Master Card & American Express.

Do you accept Cash?

All services are prepaid when you book your appointment. We do not accept cash for appointments at the time of service.

However, you can tip your service provider in Cash, if you wish, at the time of service.

How Can I Leave a Tip?

Gratuity is not included in the price of services; however, gratuity is always appreciated, but it not required.

ADDING GRATUITY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT

You can pre-Tip by choos ing to add gratuity to your appointment reservation during checkout. The full amount of your pre-tip will always go to your service provider.

TIPPING YOUR PROVIDER AT THE TIME OF SERVICE

You may choose to tip your service provider in-person with either cash or any electronic payment method your provider has available, such as, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle

Gratuity given at the time of service must be paid directly to to the service provider. In-person gratuity is not paid-out through Azure Massage.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, we sell gift certificates on our website. Our gift certificates are in an electronic format. You will need to have your recipients email address to purchase gift certificates online.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

Please call our Customer Support Team, (612 460-7189, to get assistance with booking your appointment with your gift certificate. Currently, you can not redeem gift certificates through our online booking portal.

What is your Cancellation / Reschedule Policy?

Cancellation & Refund Policy

**For appointments booked for two or less clients.

Appointments must be either rescheduled or canceled at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment start time to be eligible for a 100% refund.

**For appointments booked for 3 or more clients.

Group sessions (appointments) usually require a lot more planning and time allotment, therefore,group appointments (3 or more clients) must be either rescheduled or canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment start time to be eligible for a 100% refund

Group appointments that are canceled within 72 hours to 24 Hours of the scheduled appointment start time are ONLY ELIGIBLE for a 50% refund.

Group appointments that are canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled start time are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund.

VOUCHER Policy

**For appointments booked for two or less clients.

Appointments that are canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled start time are NOT ELIGEBLE for a REFUND. A voucher for future services with Azure Massages may be issued if the appointment was canceled at least 75 minutes (1 hour & 15 minutes) before the scheduled start time of the appointment.

**For appointments booked for 3 or more clients.

No vouchers will be given for group appointments.

Other Reasons Appointments May Be Canceled

Bad Weather

Appointments may be canceled by Azure Massage in the event that severe weather or extreme temperatures make it dangerous for the service providers that work with Azure Massage to travel to your location.

NO Available Parking

In some densely populated neighborhoods finding parking can be very challenging depending on the time of day or day of the week. Although, our provides will make every effort to find reasonable parking accommodations (parking within 1 to 2 blocks of the appointment location) sometimes it might just not be viable. In these cases your appointment will be canceled and a complete refund with be issued.

**We encourage clients that live in densely populated neighborhoods to try and schedule their appointments during days and times when traffic is not as busy in their respective neighborhoods.

Examples of Densely Population Areas:

  • Parking downtown on a weekend evening or during a sporting event.
  • Older residential neighborhoods with limited on-street parking (ie: Uptown)

Inappropriate Requests for Service

All massage services provided by Azure Massage are STRICTLY THERAPEUTIC. Any request for the service provider to engage in sexual acts, sexual touch, or request of the provider to remove clothing will result in an IMMEDIATE CESSSION of the massage services. No refunds will be issued for services that were terminated for inappropriate requests from the client to the service provider.

What can I expect during my first appointment?

Don't Worry, We Got this.

Your service provider will bring everything they need to provide you with the best massage experience possible. Your provider will always bring the following supplies and equipment:

  • A Massage Table
  • Sheets and Blankets
  • Massage Lotion or Oil
  • And of course the Music

Even though your provider with bring their own supplies and equipment you are welcome to request that the provider use your personal supplies and equipment during your service.

Azure Massage, nor its service providers, assume any liability if you elect to use your own personal supplies or equipment during your service.

What do you need from me?

You just need to provide a quiet comfortable space for your service provider to set up their equipment. The space should be clean and uncluttered with enough floor space to accommodate a massage table, while leaving enough room for the service provider to easily walk completely around the massage table. Your service provider will need a minimum working area that is at least 10 feet long by 6 feet wide.

So what is the best location for a massage in my home.

Good places to have your massage in your home are in a living room, a bedroom, den or a small office. Choose a space that is quiet and that can be free of household traffic during the duration of your massage service. We highly encourage you to choose a space that is on the main level (first floor) of your home.

What about stairs?

When choosing a space in your home for your massage service we ask you to consider that the supplies and equipment that your service provider will bring with them can weigh between 40 lbs to 60 lbs. While most providers use wheeled carts to transport their equipment from their vehicle to your front door, carrying that load up or down flights of stairs can be quite taxing on your service provider. If your service provider must transport their equipment to another floor please be advised that they may require assistance to carry their equipment up and down the stairs.

What about my pets?

Pets are okay. We just ask that you remove them from the general area where the massage service will be taking place until after the service has been completed.
